Senior Performance Graphic Designer – Ads & Landing Pages

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Performance Graphic Designer to create static ads and landing pages for US brands that spend real money on advertising. Your work will go live within days, reaching millions of viewers, and you will own the concept from idea to execution.

Key responsibilities

• Design high‑impact static ads and conversion‑focused landing pages for a portfolio of US brands.
• Partner with the Account Lead to define the angle, hook, and test strategy for each campaign.
• Analyse performance data of your designs and iterate quickly based on results.
• Transform client input into market‑ready assets without lengthy research cycles.
• Leverage AI tools daily for image generation, copy assistance, and rapid prototyping.

Required profile

• Strong visual storyteller with a sharp eye for aesthetics, colour, layout and typography.
• Comfortable working independently and communicating directly with clients.
• Enjoys fast‑paced environments and moving between multiple projects.
• Desires to influence the creative concept, not just execute briefs.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Figma and the Adobe Suite.
• Experience building functional landing pages in tools such as Lovable, Builder.io, Framer or Webflow.
• Hands‑on use of AI design tools for image generation and rapid iteration.
