Space Tech Co‑Founder / Head of Engineering (Remote)

About the role

We are looking for ambitious entrepreneurs to launch and scale their own space‑tech startup. You will be directly employed by us while you build a company with the potential to reach €1 billion in valuation.

Key responsibilities

• Own, build and run a space‑tech startup from idea to market.
• Follow a personalised development programme designed by unicorn founders.
• Receive hiring support from a network of over 50,000 professionals.
• Iterate the product until product‑market‑fit is achieved.
• Prepare the startup for multi‑million‑euro funding rounds and build sales/marketing capabilities.

Required profile

• Based in Europe or the Americas, or willing to relocate.
• Ready to take full responsibility for a startup and scale it to €100 M+ revenue.
• Excellent communication skills in English.
