Station Agent

About the role

Turkish Airlines is looking for enthusiastic individuals to join its Airport Office as Station Agents. You will be the first point of contact for passengers, ensuring a smooth and pleasant travel experience while supporting the operational flow of flights.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome passengers as aircraft arrive and coordinate communication between crew, handling agents, catering, cleaning, air traffic control, customs and immigration.
• Prepare and verify all required flight documents, place daily catering orders and keep comprehensive flight records.
• File post‑flight documents accurately and perform statistical analysis of flight coupons.
• Coordinate the retrieval and delivery of lost baggage and manage the compensation process when needed.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or high‑school graduation.
• Permanent residence permit in the country of employment.
• At least 1 year experience in civil aviation or tourism.
• Ability to work under high pressure and in shift patterns, including overnight.
• Fluent English and proficiency in the local language.
• Team player who can also work independently and multitask effectively.
• Strong oral and written communication skills and a responsible decision‑making attitude.
