System Administrator Specialist

About the role

CrazyLabs, a mobile games publisher, is looking for a System Administrator Specialist to join its IT team. You will support, scale and secure the technology infrastructure, help drive AI integration and process automation across internal systems, and work with teams around the globe.

Key responsibilities

• Design, implement and maintain secure local and cloud networks (LAN/WAN, VPNs, VLANs, routers, switches, firewalls)
• Manage systems across Windows, Linux and macOS
• Oversee identity and access management, SSO and cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP and Google Workspace
• Ensure data redundancy, disaster recovery and routine backups
• Escalate complex Tier 2/3 issues, perform root-cause analysis and provide user support with SLA compliance
• Handle onboarding and offboarding, including hardware, software and access permissions
• Document configurations, network topology, SOPs and user guides
• Identify and implement AI tools, automated agents and workflows, and support secure AI platform adoption
• Build scripts and automations, and implement endpoint protection, identity monitoring and vulnerability scanning
• Conduct security audits, support SOC 2 and GDPR compliance, and act as a point of contact for security incidents

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience in IT systems administration, network engineering or advanced technical support
• Ability to diagnose and resolve complex infrastructure issues independently
• Strong communication and documentation skills, with a service-oriented approach
• Willingness to collaborate with global teams

Required skills

• TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPNs, routing protocols, firewalls and network security
• Jira, GCP/AWS, MDM solutions and virtualised environments
• AI tools, prompt engineering and scripting languages such as Python or PowerShell
• Identity/access management, SSO, endpoint protection and cloud environments
• Nice to have: CompTIA Network+/Security+, CCNA, Microsoft Identity and Access Administrator or AWS SysOps Administrator certifications; ISO 27001, SOC 2 or GDPR background
