Talent Sourcer – Full‑time On‑site

About the role

LIV (Logistics in Vision) is seeking a proactive Talent Sourcer to join its growing HR team in Skopje. You will focus on building a strong pipeline of candidates for both high‑volume and hard‑to‑fill positions, primarily for the US market.

Key responsibilities

• Source candidates using multiple channels to create a robust talent pipeline.
• Design and execute innovative sourcing strategies for passive and active candidates.
• Engage prospects with personalized outreach, conduct initial screenings, and promote company culture.
• Maintain and update a candidate database for current and future hiring needs.
• Stay informed on recruiting trends and best practices.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
• Minimum of 1 year of sourcing or recruitment experience, preferably with exposure to the US market.
• Fluent English (written and spoken).
• Strong organizational, time‑management and communication skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
