Technical Project Manager

About the role

The Technical Project Manager will lead end‑to‑end delivery of technical and operational projects for a key client within Deltatre’s Vesper team, the platform powering OTT streaming for major sports, media and entertainment brands. The role is hybrid, requiring at least one day per week on site in Skopje, and involves coordinating internal teams and external partners to ensure projects are launched on time, within scope and budget.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, initiate and drive technical projects from kickoff through launch, maintaining schedules, milestones and budgets.
• Define scope, objectives, deliverables and success criteria together with internal Deltatre teams and external partners.
• Translate technical requirements into actionable project plans with clear ownership and delivery dates.
• Identify, mitigate and escalate risks; manage change requests with thorough documentation.
• Serve as the primary liaison between the client and Deltatre delivery teams, ensuring clear communication and alignment.
• Provide regular status, risk and performance reports to senior management.
• Enforce governance and quality standards, and contribute to continuous process improvement.

Required profile

• Proven experience delivering technical projects end‑to‑end in a fast‑paced environment.
• Strong ability to manage cross‑functional teams across time zones and languages.
• Excellent stakeholder management, conflict resolution and communication skills.
• Demonstrated risk anticipation and change management capabilities.
