Truck Dispatcher for US Market

About the role

Freightech Inc. is seeking two experienced Truck Dispatchers to support its growing U.S. logistics operations from its new branch office in Skopje.

Key responsibilities

• Book and assign loads for dry‑van and reefer trucks.
• Dispatch drivers, coordinate routes and schedules, and track shipments.
• Communicate with drivers, brokers, and customers to resolve delays and operational issues.
• Maintain accurate dispatch records and documentation.

Required profile

• Previous experience dispatching trucks in the U.S. market.
• Proven experience booking loads for dry‑van and reefer equipment.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
• Familiarity with dispatch software, load boards, and U.S. transportation procedures.
