Afterhours Logistics Specialist

About the role

Join a fast‑growing logistics company as an Afterhours Logistics Specialist, working the night shift from 10:30 pm to 6:30 am. This full‑time remote position supports US‑based freight operations and offers a month of in‑office training.

Key responsibilities

• Book orders with carriers and select reputable, safe carriers for freight services.
• Assist carriers in preparing loads and track load status.
• Collaborate with shippers, carriers, and dispatchers to manage scheduled freight.
• Maintain accurate records of all logistics activities.
• Update customers on shipment status and handle related inquiries.

Required profile

• Previous experience as a dispatcher, logistics specialist, or freight broker.
• Excellent English communication skills (written, spoken, listening).
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and negotiation abilities.
• Proficiency with Google Docs.
