Change Management Assistant

About the role

Itecor, an international IT boutique consultancy based in Switzerland, is looking for a Change Management Assistant. The role is the operational right-hand person of the Change team, supporting the day-to-day execution and monitoring of change management activities.

Key responsibilities

• Provide administrative, logistical and operational support for communication, engagement, training and stakeholder support initiatives
• Help plan and track Change activities, and prepare communication materials and presentation decks (PowerPoint, Word, PDF)
• Organize workshops, meetings, training sessions and project events
• Track action plans and deliverables, monitor milestones such as stage-gate reviews, and maintain project management tools (timelines, KPIs, stakeholder registers, communication plans)
• Collect field feedback and survey results, organize the Change shared repository and keep documents up to date
• Create PowerPoint slides, short videos and infographics, manage mailing lists and draft formal emails
• Coordinate training logistics, track registrations and attendance, and analyze survey results in Excel
• Maintain Change dashboards, track adoption KPIs and prepare reports

Required profile

• At least 3 years of relevant experience
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Excellent written and verbal communication, analytical and reporting skills
• Fluency in both English and French

Required skills

• Project management knowledge
• Office productivity tools, especially PowerPoint, Microsoft Teams and Excel
• Familiarity with video editing tools is a plus
