Quotations Specialist – Retail (Lighting & Electrical)

About the role

Jupiter BPO is looking for a precise, process-oriented Order Entry & Quotations Specialist to handle order processing and quotation support for the lighting and electrical building industry. The main task is entering sales orders, purchase orders and pricing data into NetSuite and coordinating with suppliers and internal teams so orders are fulfilled accurately. The role is hybrid, with working hours from 5:00 PM to 1:00 AM, and candidates must live in Bitola.

Key responsibilities

• Enter sales orders, purchase orders, backorders and project revisions into NetSuite on time.
• Input product codes, quantities and negotiated supplier prices to generate accurate project quotations.
• Coordinate with suppliers to confirm receipt, check lead times, monitor deliveries and resolve discrepancies.
• Keep NetSuite up to date with vendor pricing sheets, SKU information, inventory status and order status notes.
• Work with sales, estimating and logistics teams to confirm order accuracy before submission.

Required profile

• Direct NetSuite experience (or similar ERP) for order entry, sales or purchase orders.
• 1-2 years in order processing, data entry or purchasing in lighting, electrical supply or construction materials.
• Basic knowledge of lighting products and electrical terminology.
• Exceptional numerical accuracy and attention to detail.
• Solid written and spoken English.
