Client Onboarding Manager – B2B SaaS

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Customer Onboarding & GTM Specialist to own the end‑to‑end onboarding journey for new B2B SaaS and tech customers. You will be the primary point of contact from contract signing through the Go‑To‑Market handover, ensuring a smooth launch that aligns with revenue goals.

Key responsibilities

• Own and coordinate the full customer transition pipeline: Signed Contract → Kickoff → ICP Definition → Lead Generation liaison → Messaging → Campaign preparation → Launch → Handover.
• Lead kickoff calls, strategic reviews, and ongoing meetings with senior executives such as founders, CEOs, VPs, and RevOps leaders.
• Identify GTM gaps, ICP misalignments, sales‑process bottlenecks, CRM issues, and propose solutions that directly impact revenue.
• Spot upsell and additional service opportunities during onboarding and communicate them to senior management.
• Manage multiple customers, deadlines, and tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
• Create and refine campaign content and messaging to match the client’s ICP and GTM objectives.
