Data Quality Analyst

About the role

PXC, a platform for connectivity, voice, cloud and security solutions, is hiring a Data Quality Analyst in Skopje, North Macedonia. The analyst works across PXC to embed trusted, high-quality data, delivering reporting, assessments and insights, applying the data quality framework in daily operations and change, and helping build data quality capability so decisions are insight-led.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure the quality, accuracy, completeness and consistency of data across assigned domains, and report on issues, risks and trends with their business impact
• Deliver data quality reporting, dashboards, audits and impact assessments, and make sure data meets standards, regulatory requirements and business needs
• Define, document and maintain data quality rules, KPIs, thresholds and controls with data owners, and act as subject matter expert on methods, tooling and best practice
• Own end-to-end delivery of data quality initiatives, lead workstreams within scope and timeline, and partner with onshore and offshore teams to fix issues
• Educate stakeholders, promote awareness of the value of good data, and communicate clearly with technical and non-technical audiences
• Challenge practices that fall short of standards, recommend prioritisation of issues, propose rules and KPIs, and escalate material risks through governance routes

• Data quality subject matter expertise and credibility
• Critical thinking, commercial awareness, problem solving and systems thinking
• Strong written communication, planning, prioritisation and stakeholder management skills
• Outcome focus, continuous improvement mindset and professional assertiveness
