Translator II - L5 (German) - Skopje

About the role

RLDatix, a healthcare operations platform used by more than 10,000 healthcare organisations, is looking for a Skopje-based Translator II to join its UI/UX Localisation team. The role uses CAT tools and localisation platforms to deliver accurate, consistent and technically sound translations of software interfaces and documentation into German.

Key responsibilities

• Translate software interfaces and documentation into German using CAT tools, keeping terminology consistent.
• Carry out linguistic validation, proofreading and quality assurance testing, reporting linguistic bugs or discrepancies across product branches.
• Work with Product Owners, development teams and regional subject-matter experts to gather and clarify localisation requirements for global releases.
• Analyse qualitative and quantitative user data to set localisation priorities and validate translation quality across language versions.
• Create and maintain glossaries and style guides, and support technical deployment and release workflows.

Required profile

• Proven success applying research findings to inform localisation decisions and validate user needs for international releases.
• Experience partnering across functions to gather requirements, process feedback and plan releases.
• Excellent written and spoken English and German for explaining technical and linguistic concepts.
• Ability to commute to Skopje under a hybrid arrangement.
• Collaborative approach in a cross-functional localisation environment.

Required skills

• CAT tools such as Passolo, Trados or MadCap Lingo.
• Deployment tools and version control systems for localised content.
