Electrical Engineer for PCB Production

About the role

Hi-Tech Corporation, a leading European PCB manufacturer, is expanding its team in Skopje. We are looking for a skilled Electrical Engineer to develop product designs, support pre‑production planning, and ensure high‑quality PCB manufacturing.

Key responsibilities

• Develop new product designs in coordination with customers.
• Participate in pre‑production process planning to meet product objectives.
• Generate and export PCB files for fabrication, assembly, and testing.
• Troubleshoot and resolve PCB design issues during design, fabrication, or assembly.
• Collaborate with CAD operators, engineers, technicians, managers, and clients throughout the PCB design process.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
• Basic knowledge of PCB production processes and equipment.
• Excellent problem‑solving and analytical abilities.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Effective communication and teamwork skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CAD software for electrical design.
• Familiarity with industry standards and regulations for PCB design.
