Process Engineer – PCB Production

About the role

Hi-Tech Corp., a leading European PCB manufacturer, is expanding its Skopje facility and seeks Process Engineers to design, develop, and optimise production processes for printed circuit boards.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop and optimise manufacturing processes to ensure product quality, efficiency and safety.
• Troubleshoot and resolve process‑related issues, identify root causes and implement corrective actions.
• Implement and maintain process control systems using software, sensors and instruments to monitor and adjust operating parameters.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (electrical, mechanical, chemical or related).
• Basic knowledge of PCB production processes and equipment.
• Excellent problem‑solving and analytical abilities.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
