Finance Administrator

About the role

We are looking for a diligent Finance Administrator to join our team in Skopje. The role involves managing day‑to‑day financial operations, ensuring accurate documentation, and supporting both internal and external stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Issue invoices, dispatch notes and other commercial documentation.
• Enter and record incoming invoices in the accounting system.
• Prepare and execute payments to domestic and foreign suppliers.
• Prepare and process payroll.
• Monitor balances with customers and suppliers.
• Track overdue receivables and liabilities.
• Verify and record received payments.
• Handle electronic banking operations.
• Prepare and organize financial and administrative documents.
• Coordinate documentation with accounting.
• Communicate with customers and suppliers regarding invoices, payments and balances.
• Receive and process office documentation.
• Perform other ongoing financial and administrative tasks related to company operations.

Required profile

• Completed secondary or higher education in economics, finance, accounting or a related field.
• Previous experience in finance, accounting or administration is an advantage.
• Ability to work with business/accounting software.
• Knowledge of electronic banking and payment operations is a plus.
• Proficiency in English.
• Excellent organization, precision and attention to detail.
• Responsibility and confidentiality when handling financial information.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
