Frontend Developer - Cybersecurity

About the role

A cybersecurity company fighting cybercrime is looking for an experienced Frontend Developer to join its Software Development Team full-time at its Skopje office. You will help build and improve modern, scalable and secure customer-facing software across its cybersecurity products. Full-stack developers are not required.

Key responsibilities

• Take technical ownership of frontend applications and features across the product ecosystem.
• Design, develop and maintain high-quality, scalable and accessible user interfaces.
• Help shape frontend architecture and contribute to long-term technical decisions.
• Work with developers, Product Management, UX/UI and QA to deliver end-to-end solutions.
• Ensure strong standards for performance, security, reliability and code quality.
• Participate in code reviews, technical discussions and decision-making.
• Create and maintain technical documentation and mentor junior developers.

Required profile

• Degree in Computer Science, vocational training as an IT specialist for application development, or equivalent practical experience.
• At least five years of professional software development experience, with a strong focus on frontend.
• Experience building scalable applications in complex, distributed systems.
• Fluent spoken and written English; comfortable in cross-functional teams.

Required skills

• Angular, TypeScript and Web Components.
• Version control, CI/CD pipelines, automated testing and code reviews.
• Software architecture, clean code and frontend engineering best practices.
