Full-Cycle Recruiter

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Full-Cycle Recruiter to join a fast‑growing client of Huzzle. The role is fully remote and focuses on high‑volume, end‑to‑end hiring across multiple functions for a high‑performance organisation.

Key responsibilities

• Own the complete recruitment lifecycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer management and candidate closing.
• Conduct high‑volume outbound sourcing using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, Google X‑Ray, job boards and referrals.
• Build and maintain pipelines of qualified candidates for multiple open roles.
• Partner with hiring managers to define requirements and track recruitment KPIs.

Required profile

• 3+ years of agency recruitment experience in a high‑volume environment.
• Proven track record of full‑cycle recruitment and consistent placements across roles and industries.
• Strong candidate engagement, stakeholder management and negotiation skills.
