Full Stack Software Developer – Java & React

About the role

Innovativa Group is seeking a Full Stack Software Developer with strong Java and React expertise to join its hybrid team in Centar, Skopje. You will design, develop, and maintain modern web applications that support smart infrastructure, healthcare, and large‑scale institutional platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Develop new features and enhance existing systems using Java (Spring Boot/Spring) for the back‑end and React for the front‑end.
• Design, implement, and integrate RESTful APIs and web services.
• Work with relational databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, Oracle, SQL Server) for data persistence.
• Improve application performance, security, and scalability.
• Conduct code reviews, write unit and integration tests, and produce technical documentation.
• Support deployment processes and continuously improve development practices.

Required profile

• Strong experience in Java, object‑oriented development, and Spring Boot/Spring Framework.
• Proficiency with React, JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML, and CSS.
• Solid understanding of SQL, database design, and ORM tools such as JPA/Hibernate.
• Familiarity with Git and collaborative development workflows.
• Ability to write clean, maintainable, and secure code.
• Good communication skills and capacity to work both independently and within a hybrid team.
