HR & Truck Driver Recruiter

About the role

Freightech Inc. is expanding its Skopje office and seeks a proactive HR & Truck Driver Recruiter to source, evaluate, and onboard qualified CDL drivers for its U.S. operations. You will act as a bridge between candidates and internal teams, ensuring a smooth hiring experience.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with HR, safety, and operations to define staffing needs and recruitment priorities.
• Source, screen, interview, and assess driver candidates for U.S. compliance and safety standards.
• Maintain a robust pipeline of qualified drivers and nurture relationships with prospects.
• Guide candidates through hiring, documentation, and onboarding processes.
• Keep accurate recruitment records and stay updated on transportation regulations.
• Support broader HR initiatives and continuously improve recruitment workflows.

Required profile

• Previous experience in truck driver recruitment (preferred).
• Fluent spoken and written English.
• Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
• Excellent organizational and time‑management skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment.
• Detail‑oriented problem‑solver with a team‑oriented mindset.
