Human Resources Specialist – North Macedonia

About the role

LC Waikiki is seeking a Human Resources Specialist to lead HR operations in North Macedonia, covering both corporate headquarters and store locations. You will be instrumental in attracting talent, ensuring compliance, and supporting people development aligned with the company’s growth objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end recruitment for HQ and stores, including job postings, screening, interviews, reference checks and onboarding.
• Maintain legal and procedural compliance throughout hiring processes.
• Support local implementation of store promotion programs and talent pipelines.
• Communicate with candidates following corporate standards and monitor probation periods.
• Conduct exit interviews and share insights with the International Recruitment Department.
• Coordinate training and development activities such as orientation, functional and leadership trainings.
• Utilise HR systems effectively, especially recruitment and exit modules.

Required profile

• University degree in a relevant field.
• Advanced level of written and spoken English.
• Minimum 4 years of HR experience, preferably with competency‑based interviews.
• Familiarity with country labour law and e‑learning concepts is a plus.

Required skills

• Proficiency with MS Office applications.
