Payroll Specialist

About the role

As a Payroll Specialist you will ensure accurate and timely payroll processing for employees across multiple countries. You will work closely with accountants, HR teams and employees to maintain compliance and resolve payroll queries.

Key responsibilities

• Support end‑to‑end payroll processing for multi‑country employees.
• Collect and consolidate payroll data from accountants and HR databases.
• Review and verify payroll inputs such as hours, bonuses, deductions and benefits.
• Respond to employee payroll inquiries and resolve discrepancies promptly.
• Contribute to the improvement of payroll policies and procedures.
• Prepare payroll reports and analyses for management.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Finance, Accounting or a related field.
• Minimum one year of experience in payroll processing or a similar role.
• Strong analytical mindset with high attention to detail.
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple deadlines.
• Ability to handle confidential financial and personal information discreetly.
• Fluency in English.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (formulas, pivot tables).
• Proficiency in Google Sheets (formulas, pivot tables).
