International Transaction Tax Services Consultant

About the role

EY is seeking a Consultant to join its International Tax and Transaction Services (ITTS) team in North Macedonia. This position offers the chance to develop expertise in international tax compliance, transfer pricing, cross‑border transactions and the emerging global minimum tax framework.

Key responsibilities

• Support engagement teams in analysing and documenting multinational group transactions.
• Conduct research, fact‑finding, financial analysis and benchmarking.
• Assist clients in reviewing transfer pricing policies and tax obligations.
• Communicate with clients and collaborate with colleagues across service lines and countries.
• Develop practical knowledge of taxation, supply chains, business models, risk identification and business strategy.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Economics, Management, Law, Finance, Accounting or a related field.
• Fluency in Macedonian and English.
• Relevant experience as a tax consultant in a multinational environment is an advantage.
