IT Systems Administrator

About the role

We are looking for a motivated IT Systems Administrator to join our Skopje office. You will work independently on‑site while collaborating with a globally distributed IT team based in Malta, Germany and Canada.

Key responsibilities

• Install, configure and operate client systems and ensure their smooth performance.
• Maintain network functions, WAN/LAN infrastructure and multimedia equipment.
• Manage user accounts, access rights and Active Directory administration.
• Provide 1st and 2nd level technical support, troubleshoot issues and document solutions.
• Perform hardware repairs, set up workstations and configure routers and switches.
• Contribute to global infrastructure projects and support their implementation.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in a technology‑related field or equivalent experience.
• Strong knowledge of Windows client platforms and IT support processes.
• Experience with networking, troubleshooting and hardware maintenance.
• Familiarity with Active Directory and software deployment.
• Excellent communication skills in English and a proactive, autonomous attitude.
