Offboarding Manager

About the role

Native Teams is seeking an Offboarding Manager to lead the end‑to‑end offboarding process, ensuring compliance, accuracy and a positive experience for departing customers and employees.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee and execute the full offboarding workflow, including documentation, finance inputs, accountant coordination and employee deactivation.
• Maintain strict compliance with internal policies, legal requirements and labor regulations throughout the process.
• Serve as the central liaison between HR, CX, Legal, Finance and external partners to ensure seamless execution.
• Identify workflow gaps and drive continuous improvements to enhance accuracy and customer experience.
• Manage multiple offboarding cases simultaneously, tracking tasks, timelines and communications.
• Communicate empathetically with customers, providing clear updates and ensuring a transparent, positive offboarding experience.

Required profile

• 3+ years experience in customer offboarding, HR operations, or account management, preferably in EOR, PEO, global payroll or HR‑tech.
• Proven ability to manage high‑volume, multi‑step workflows while meeting strict SLAs.
• Strong understanding of employment offboarding procedures, documentation and basic labor law compliance.
• Experience coordinating financial inputs such as final pay, expense reconciliation and severance.
• Analytical mindset with a track record of writing SOPs and optimizing processes.
• Excellent cross‑functional coordination and stakeholder management skills.
