People & Organization Intern

About the role

Join the People & Organization team at Gerresheimer Skopje and gain hands‑on experience in HR within an international manufacturing environment. This internship offers a practical introduction to recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement and HR administration.

Key responsibilities

• Support daily HR activities and administrative tasks.
• Assist with recruitment: prepare job ads, review applications, coordinate interviews.
• Help with onboarding and welcome new employees.
• Prepare HR documents, presentations, reports and internal communications.
• Contribute to employee engagement initiatives, internal events and employer branding.
• Maintain and update employee records and HR documentation.
• Participate in HR projects and implementation of People & Organization initiatives.

Required profile

• Recent graduate in Human Resources, Psychology, Economics, Management, Business Administration or related field.
• Genuine interest in HR and willingness to learn.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Good communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proactive, reliable and team‑oriented.
• Good command of English.
