Paid Growth Lead - B2B SaaS

About the role

A88Lab is hiring a Paid Growth Lead to own paid growth for B2B SaaS clients from start to finish. Clients are growth-stage B2B SaaS companies in Switzerland and the USA working in AI, cybersecurity, machine learning, infrastructure, data and robotics. The role is full-time, hybrid or remote, and offers direct work with founders and teams building some of the hottest B2B tech platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Build paid strategies and manage LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, YouTube Ads and Reddit Ads
• Improve campaign messaging and run conversion rate optimization on landing pages
• Connect paid performance to pipeline and explain to clients what works, what does not and what needs changing
• Understand CAC, ARR, MRR, sales opportunities, demo quality and revenue impact
• Own the paid growth department at A88Lab; after two years, the role can evolve into a Partner-Level position with equity participation

Required profile

• 5+ years in performance/growth marketing
• B2B SaaS experience preferred
• Strong understanding of demand generation and its pipeline impact
• Ability to own strategy, execution, optimization, reporting and client communication
• Proactive, self-driven, comfortable challenging weak messaging and making decisions without constant guidance

Required skills

• Strong experience with LinkedIn Ads and Google Ads
• Experience with Reddit Ads and YouTube Ads is a plus
