Paid Media Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a hands‑on Paid Media Specialist to manage and optimise paid advertising campaigns for a portfolio of client accounts across Google Ads, Meta and Bing. You will be responsible for building, launching and continuously improving campaigns while safeguarding client budgets and delivering measurable ROI.

Key responsibilities

• Build, launch and manage paid campaigns on Google Ads, Meta and Bing.
• Audit existing accounts to identify wasteful spend and propose corrective actions.
• Interpret performance data and implement specific optimisation changes.
• Manage and adjust budgets across multiple accounts, ensuring pacing aligns with performance.
• Handle multi‑location campaign structures, including bulk updates across locations.
• Respond quickly to urgent issues, pausing or correcting live campaigns as needed.
• Set up conversion tracking, verify data quality and act only on trustworthy data.
• Communicate performance insights and recommendations clearly to internal teams and clients.

Required profile

• Minimum two years of experience managing paid campaigns with direct responsibility for client budgets.
• Hands‑on expertise in Google Ads and Meta Ads, including campaign setup, bidding and negative keyword management.
• Ability to audit an unfamiliar account, diagnose issues and explain expected impact.
• Working knowledge of conversion tracking, attribution and the judgement to recognise unreliable data.
• Comfortable making budget decisions independently and owning the outcomes.
• Available to work 2 pm – 10 pm CET and fluent in spoken and written English.
