Webinar & Video Program Coordinator (Part‑Time)

About the role

This part‑time position (20‑25 hours per week) focuses on coordinating webinars and short video commercials for vendors on the Shortlister platform. You will own end‑to‑end production of the Meet A Vendor (MAV) webinars and Shortlister Shorts videos, acting as the main point of contact for participating vendors.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, schedule and support four MAV webinars per month, including marketing campaigns in HubSpot, event setup in GoToWebinar, dry‑run coordination and post‑event reporting.
• Produce Shortlister Shorts videos: host recording sessions, troubleshoot audio/video issues, edit content with Vimeo/Descript and deliver final links to vendors.
• Design social graphics, create LinkedIn Events and schedule posts to promote each webinar and video.
• Automate repetitive steps by building HubSpot templates, workflows and integrations with GoToWebinar to reduce manual effort.
• Compile and share performance data, attendee lists and recap blog posts with vendors.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in marketing operations, coordination or webinar/event production.
• Proven track record running virtual events on platforms such as GoToWebinar, Zoom or ON24 and linking them to a marketing automation tool.
• Excellent written English for vendor communications, invitations and recap blogs.
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple events simultaneously.
