Onboarding Manager

About the role

Native Teams is seeking an Onboarding Manager to act as the primary point of contact for new client onboarding, ensuring smooth transitions from sales to successful employee registration.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the dedicated client contact throughout onboarding, from sale to handover to Customer Success.
• Review onboarding requests for completeness and country‑specific compliance.
• Prepare, quality‑assure, and execute employment agreements, scopes of work and related documents.
• Coordinate statutory registration with external accountants and internal teams.
• Submit accurate payroll and finance inputs, meeting monthly cut‑off deadlines.
• Conduct platform demos and explain EOR policies, liabilities and local labor nuances.
• Facilitate internal coordination across Finance, Legal and Payroll to avoid bottlenecks.
• Participate in client meetings and kick‑off calls to troubleshoot onboarding issues.
• Maintain records in CRM and task management systems, manage paused cases, and hand over completed accounts to Customer Success.

Required profile

• 3+ years experience in customer onboarding, client implementations, HR operations or account management, preferably in EOR/PEO, global payroll or HR‑tech.
• Proven ability to manage multi‑stakeholder workflows, meet strict deadlines and maintain accurate records.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills for client education and demos.
• Detail‑oriented with high accuracy in compliance document checks and payroll data.
• Problem‑solving mindset to resolve stalled cases and onboarding roadblocks independently.
