About the role
The company seeks a PLC Programmer to develop and maintain automation solutions for production and assembly systems, working closely with mechanical and electrotechnical teams.
Key responsibilities
- PLC & HMI programming, preferably using TIA Portal
- Automation of production and assembly systems
- Integration of new and existing systems
- Troubleshooting and optimization of production automation systems
- Work with mechanical and electrotechnical systems, robots and servo drives
- Implementation of automation, optimization, modification and CIP projects
- Preparation of technical specifications, documentation and work instructions
- Training staff on automation topics and supporting qualification/validation of automated systems
- Implementation and support of optical inspection systems
Required profile
- Technical degree in Mechanical, Electrical or Industrial Engineering
- 2+ years of relevant professional experience
- Strong knowledge of PLC/HMI, automation and electronics
- Experience with Siemens TIA Portal
- Knowledge of robotics and servo systems (Siemens, Festo, Beckhoff)
- Good knowledge of technical standards and troubleshooting
- Macedonian & English communication skills
