About the role

The Retail Sales Representative will join the dynamic sales team of Macedonian Telecom, working directly with existing and potential customers in the Strumica store. The role focuses on promoting telecom products, services, and accessories while delivering a high‑level customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Engage with customers to identify their needs and recommend appropriate telecom solutions.
• Drive up‑sales and cross‑sales by proactively offering additional products, services, and equipment.
• Present new campaigns, tariff plans, devices, and accessories to visitors.
• Finalize contracts, activate services, process tariff changes, and handle billing inquiries.
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of company offerings and market trends.

Required profile

• Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
• Customer‑oriented mindset with a proactive attitude.
• Team player willing to learn and achieve results.
• Relevant work experience is an advantage.
