Project Manager – Construction (Remote)

About the role

We are looking for a remote Project Manager to lead construction projects from concept to completion. The role involves coordinating with clients and internal teams to ensure timely, high‑quality delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Communicate verbally and in writing with native‑speaker clients (B2C and B2B).
• Manage the full project lifecycle using ClickUp, from initiation through to hand‑over.
• Maintain accurate customer data in HubSpot.
• Ensure projects meet quality standards and deadlines.
• Coordinate client requirements and resolve issues promptly.
• Collaborate with engineering, sales, and scheduling departments.

Required profile

• Proven ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Engineering education or substantial engineering experience.
• Strong problem‑solving skills and ability to address client objections.
• Excellent communication and relationship management.

Required skills

• ClickUp project‑management platform.
• HubSpot CRM.
