Property Manager

About the role

The company is seeking an experienced, organized, and proactive Property Manager to oversee the operational and administrative management of rental properties and apartments in a dynamic international environment.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee day‑to‑day management of rental properties, ensuring proper maintenance, occupancy, and efficiency.
• Coordinate operational activities, including property readiness, maintenance follow‑up, and communication with external service providers.
• Draft, standardize, review, and update rental agreements to ensure compliance with procedures and local regulations.
• Manage tenant onboarding and offboarding, including lease signing, handovers, inspections, and deposit administration.
• Maintain regular communication with tenants and resolve operational, maintenance, and administrative issues promptly.
• Monitor rent collection, invoicing, and general financial administration for the portfolio.
• Coordinate with suppliers, maintenance companies, cleaning services, utilities, and other partners.
• Assist in company administration, documentation preparation, legal coordination, and liaison with banks and consultants.
• Ensure compliance with local rental, property, and corporate regulations and maintain proper documentation.

Required profile

• Experience in property management, rental operations, real estate or related fields.
• Background in hotel management, Airbnb, Booking.com, or short‑term rental operations is a plus.
• Strong English communication skills, both written and spoken.
• Excellent organizational, multitasking, and administrative abilities.
• Professional approach in communication with tenants, clients, institutions, and external partners.
• Knowledge of local rental and property regulations is advantageous.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and general administrative software tools.
• Valid driving license is considered an advantage.
