About the role
The Quality Engineer will ensure product quality and compliance with automotive standards, supporting continuous improvement across production and engineering teams.
Key responsibilities
- Analyze quality data, identify non‑conformities and implement corrective and preventive actions.
- Conduct process audits, product inspections and drive continuous improvement activities.
Required profile
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical & Electronics, Industrial Engineering or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of quality engineering experience, preferably in automotive or wire‑harness manufacturing.
Required skills
- Knowledge of ISO 9001 and IATF 16949 quality management systems.
- Proficiency with FMEA, 8D problem‑solving, Root Cause Analysis, SPC, APQP/PPAP.
- Strong command of English; Turkish is a strong advantage.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
