Restaurant Support Representative

About the role

Join Slice’s Restaurant Support team to provide top‑tier service to independent restaurants across North Macedonia. You will handle inbound and outbound communications, helping partners navigate the platform and grow their businesses.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to partner inquiries via Email, SMS, and phone, meeting response‑time targets.
• Educate partners on Slice processes, address objections, and gather product feedback.
• Collaborate with Account Managers, Sales, Menu, and C‑Ops teams to ensure daily operational needs are met.
• Assist with shop operations, menu updates, and minor finance cases such as reimbursements.

Required profile

• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
• Strong problem‑solving, time‑management, and adaptability.
• Ability to work across all three shifts.

Required skills

• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Excel).
• Experience using Salesforce.
• Familiarity with the Kustomer customer‑service platform.
