Retail Sales Manager

About the role

Eurolab Internacional Grup, a regional FMCG distributor with over 30 years of experience across 10 markets, is looking for an experienced, commercially driven Sales Manager – Retail. The role leads retail sales operations, strengthens key customer partnerships and drives sustainable business growth.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue, profitability and market share targets.
• Lead, coach and develop the sales team, ensuring strong performance and accountability.
• Manage key retail accounts and build long-term strategic customer relationships.
• Negotiate commercial agreements, pricing, promotions and annual business plans with retail partners.
• Expand product listings, distribution coverage and market penetration across the retail channel.
• Monitor sales performance, KPIs, profitability, market trends and competitor activity.
• Identify new business opportunities and increase sales and brand visibility.
• Work with Trade Marketing, Marketing, Finance and Supply Chain on commercial execution.

Required profile

• Minimum 15 years of experience in sales management within the FMCG sector.
• Previous sales management experience in a competing FMCG company is a must.
• Proven track record of leading sales teams and achieving commercial targets.

• Strong knowledge of the retail market, key account management and distribution channels.
• Leadership, negotiation, communication and strategic planning skills.
