Revenue Operations Analyst

About the role

We are looking for a Revenue Operations Analyst to own the end‑to‑end revenue workflow for over 450 affiliate partner accounts. You will work closely with the Partnerships Team and the Founder to ensure every deal is tracked, invoiced, collected, and reported accurately.

Key responsibilities

• Set up and manage affiliate accounts, tracking links, revenue checks, withdrawals and administration.
• Handle partner invoicing and payments from creation to reconciliation, including follow‑up on overdue balances.
• Maintain and validate revenue data, dashboards and reporting for leadership.
• Support monthly revenue close and bonus calculations.
• Document and improve revenue processes, leveraging AI tools for automation.

Required profile

• 2+ years of experience in revenue operations, finance operations, billing or a similar analytical role.
• High integrity and trustworthiness handling payments and financial data.
• Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail.
• Excellent written English and professional communication with external partners.
• Self‑managed and reliable in a remote, asynchronous environment.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel / spreadsheet skills.
• Experience with CRM systems.
• Familiarity with invoicing tools.
• Use of AI tools for process automation.
