Sales Development Representative - Italian Speaker

About the role

Huzzle connects talent with leading companies across the UK, US, Canada, Europe and Australia. Its client is a B2B sales acceleration partner serving the manufacturing and engineering sector, offering sales development, lead conversion and customer acquisition services. You will act as the frontline growth engine for a high-profile client, working with a UK-based team while covering the Italian market. The role is full-time, fully remote and independent contractor.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain about 50 high-quality outbound calls per day with key decision-makers in Italy
• Identify and qualify new business opportunities, aiming for 10 outbound opportunities per month
• Use Salesforce to manage the pipeline, track activity and keep data accurate
• Run multi-channel outreach to build a strong sales funnel
• Work with internal teams to refine messaging and improve conversion rates

Required profile

• Native or near-native fluency in Italian
• Professional-level English
• At least 2 years of proven success in a B2B SDR or inside sales role
• Ability to work UK/EU business hours (9:00 AM - 5:00 PM)
• Nice to have: prior experience in manufacturing or engineering sales, familiarity with advanced Salesforce workflows, and experience in an outsourced sales or agency setting
