Sales Manager - B2B Outbound & Team Management

About the role

Agency Y is looking for an experienced Sales Manager to work from home, full time Monday to Friday between 15:00 and 23:00. The role focuses on closing warm B2B leads and managing client projects. Warm leads, training and a dialer for US/Canadian outreach are provided.

Key responsibilities

• Follow up with warm leads by email and call, schedule online meetings and close deals.
• Onboard clients, create scripts, train and role-play with cold calling agents, and monitor their progress.
• Send daily client updates and make sure clients are satisfied so they can place repeat orders and earn recurring commission.
• Grow into managing 6+ agents, and later help with hiring and interviews.

Required profile

• Excellent spoken and written English.
• 5+ years of outbound B2B cold calling in foreign markets outside Macedonia.
• 3+ years closing B2B deals.
• Strong internet connection.
• Experience managing a team is a plus.
