Sales Specialist – Enterprise Networking

About the role

The Sales Specialist is accountable for generating sales by maintaining strong customer relationships and developing new opportunities and partnerships. The role covers achieving predefined sales targets, negotiating prices and ensuring consistent quality of product and service delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Support the Regional Sales Director in setting sales targets and preparing periodic forecasts
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers through regular visits and updates
• Research the market for potential clients and build new partnerships that drive sales growth
• Visit customers to review their needs, update orders and follow up on pending issues
• Negotiate prices and payment terms within approved brackets and report on closed deals
• Keep customers informed about product changes, new introductions and modifications
• Maintain customer accounts and databases regularly
• Grant payment facilities and set credit limits in coordination with the Direct Manager
• Handle customer complaints and report the actions taken
• Prepare competitor analysis reports and recommendations to improve market positioning
• Coordinate with departments on new product launches and stay updated on changes
• Work with marketing, accounting and supply chain on campaigns, sales metrics and deliverables

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales and Marketing or a related field
• At least 3 years of experience in enterprise technology, networking, IT infrastructure, channel sales or a related B2B environment
• Experience managing multi-country territories and selling through partners is strongly preferred
