Senior Associate in Finance (Internal Firm Services)

About the role

PwC is looking for a Senior Associate in Finance to join its internal firm services team in Skopje. The role covers financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, compliance support and business partnering, supporting both the local and SEE finance team.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and review monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports
• Support budgeting, forecasting and financial planning
• Perform financial analysis and provide actionable insights to management
• Monitor KPIs and analyse business performance
• Support month-end and year-end closing
• Assist with statutory, tax and regulatory compliance
• Manage cash flow reporting and working capital monitoring
• Partner with business leaders on strategic decisions and drive process improvements
• Collaborate with Shared Service Centers and cross-functional teams

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or a related field
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Finance, Accounting, Controlling or Financial Analysis
• Strong knowledge of financial reporting and accounting principles
• Fluent written and spoken English
• ACCA qualification or equivalent is an advantage
