Senior Project Manager - Brand Production & Logistics

About the role

Lihnitech connects startups and scale-ups with talent; its client, Socially Powerful, is a global social media and influencer marketing agency. It is looking for a Senior Project Manager (Brand Production & Logistics) to act as the operational backbone for some of its highest-profile brands. The role takes full ownership of the end-to-end production workstream with minimal supervision, bridging creative influencer concepts with physical execution of custom packaging, high-tier seeding boxes and global logistics.

Key responsibilities

• Drive end-to-end custom packaging manufacturing, including supplier sourcing, quoting, procurement, prototyping, quality control and production schedules.
• Source, vet and manage production partners, negotiating pricing, terms and quality.
• Own production budgets, track project costs, issue purchase orders and reconcile invoices.
• Own detailed production workbacks and critical path schedules, spotting supply chain risks and mitigating them to meet tight deadlines.
• Oversee inventory, packing, shipping and final delivery, resolve customs or courier delays and coordinate with US-based and global suppliers.
• Manage raw materials and finished goods inventory and refine internal tracking systems.
• Analyse freight efficiency and production costs and report operational insights to leadership.
• Lead communication across creative, account, operational and vendor teams and provide operational support during lower-volume periods.

Required profile

• 4+ years of proven production, logistics or operations management experience; agency, experiential marketing, e-commerce or branded merchandise background preferred.
• Proven ability to lead operational workstreams independently with minimal supervision.
• Experience managing significant production budgets, cost tracking and invoice reconciliation.
• Authoritative problem-solver with strong communication skills who adapts flexibly across campaign cycles.
