Senior Project Manager

About the role

CrazyLabs is seeking a highly organized Senior Project Manager to drive the production flow of one of its leading mobile games. You will keep cross‑functional teams aligned, track progress, spot risks early, and ensure decisions and dependencies are followed through to delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor, challenge, and keep existing plans on track, including schedules, resources, and milestones.
• Coordinate design, development, art, QA, data, monetization, and user acquisition teams.
• Own hands‑on follow‑up, checklists, escalations, and transparent communication.
• Leverage AI tools and automation to improve workflows and productivity.
• Identify risks, implement mitigation strategies, and communicate status to stakeholders.
• Lead regular team meetings, facilitate problem‑solving and decision‑making.

Required profile

• Proven experience in project coordination, production, or delivery management in gaming, mobile apps, or fast‑paced digital environments.
• Understanding of game development and digital product workflows.
• Curiosity about AI tools and automation.
• Strong ownership, attention to detail, and ability to follow tasks to completion.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
