About the role

We are looking for a Service Technician to join our team at Refot M DOOEL Skopje. The role involves diagnosing and repairing electronic devices while ensuring excellent customer communication and compliance with regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Diagnose and service electronic devices.
• Communicate with customers regarding service status and timelines.
• Maintain records of service orders and spare parts.
• Order and monitor inventory of spare parts.
• Support the sales team with service‑related queries.
• Liaise with e‑waste companies and prepare reports.
• Follow service procedures and legal regulations.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role.
• At least secondary education completed.
• Knowledge of servicing electronic devices.
• Proficiency in English and Microsoft Office.
• B‑category driving licence and active driving.
• Organised, responsible and self‑initiated.
• Willingness to work both individually and in a team.
