About the role

We are looking for a motivated HR and Administration Associate to join our team. You will play a key part in supporting employees, managing HR processes, and ensuring a positive workplace environment.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain a positive atmosphere and strong relationships among staff.
• Communicate with employees and provide daily HR support.
• Publish job advertisements and actively participate in recruitment.
• Review CVs, select candidates, and conduct interviews.
• Coordinate hiring, onboarding, and integration of new employees.
• Organise workshops, team‑building activities, and internal events.
• Monitor employee satisfaction and engagement.
• Assist in resolving internal employee issues.
• Prepare and maintain HR documentation, contracts, absences and other records.
• Update personal files and HR registers.
• Prepare payroll data and coordinate with accounting and other departments.
• Continuously improve internal HR procedures and processes.

Required profile

• At least 2 years of relevant HR or administration experience.
• Good knowledge of labour legislation.
• Highly organized, precise and trustworthy.
• Excellent command of MS Office.
