About the role

SOS Child Village North Macedonia is expanding its team for the "Right to Family II" project. The organization seeks a motivated psychologist to provide direct support to children and families in Strumica, contributing to their emotional and psychological well‑being.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver individual and group counseling for children and parents.
• Conduct psychological assessments, monitor psycho‑physical conditions, and identify user needs.
• Prepare psychological reports, opinions, and related documentation.
• Provide psycho‑social support during crises and stressful situations.
• Organize and facilitate self‑help groups and joint activities for children and parents.
• Collaborate with social work centers, institutions, and NGOs.

Required profile

• Higher education in psychology.
• Familiarity with legal regulations on social protection and family.
• Experience designing and delivering training sessions.
• Advanced knowledge of children’s rights.
• Proficiency in English and MS Office.
• Valid driver’s license and driving experience.
