Student Assistant in Sales

About the role

We are expanding our Student Assistant Team to support the Sales Department. This part‑time position is ideal for university students who want flexible work while gaining hands‑on experience in sales and business development.

Key responsibilities

• Research and identify potential client companies in target markets using job ads, CRM platforms and other sources.
• Collect, verify and structure client data (industry, size, location, contacts) and create daily contact lists.
• Conduct daily outreach primarily through cold calling and secondarily via email.
• Record all outreach activities in the Sales CRM for transparency.
• Book meetings with interested prospects for C‑level management to grow the sales pipeline.

Required profile

• Currently enrolled in a university (BA or MA level) – not mandatory but preferred.
• Available for part‑time work up to 4‑5 hours per day.
• Comfortable spending most of the time on cold calling.
• Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Excellent research, organization and a proactive learning mindset.
