Support Associate - Full-Time

About the role

Wolt, a Finnish technology company behind a food delivery platform, is starting in North Macedonia and is looking for full-time Support Associates to join its Support team in Skopje. There is no typical day in the team, and because operations run seven days a week, the role requires availability on weekends. Candidates should be self-motivated, creative and able to build good relationships with customers, restaurants and courier partners.

Key responsibilities

• Handle customer and courier support in live chat with the team in shifts.
• Work in the office.
• Help develop the support function with the team.
• Provide support for restaurant partners and other ad-hoc tasks that come up.

Required profile

• Fluent in Macedonian and able to work in English.
• Comfortable working under pressure and in a fast-paced startup environment.
• An expert on Skopje's food scene, traffic patterns and local areas.
• Ready to work weekends and handle multiple incoming interactions at once.
