About the role

The Talent Acquisition Specialist will lead the end‑to‑end recruitment process, helping Premium Service Inc. attract and hire qualified professionals. This role works closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and ensure a smooth candidate experience.

Key responsibilities

• Manage full recruitment lifecycle from job posting to offer negotiation.
• Source candidates through various channels, including job boards and social media.
• Conduct interviews, assess qualifications, and provide hiring recommendations.
• Maintain accurate candidate records in the applicant tracking system.
• Collaborate with HR team to improve recruitment strategies and employer branding.
